Does Rent Right deliver on weekends and evenings? Yes, at Rent Right we understand that not everyone can be home on a week day, so we can arrange a delivery time that best suits you.

How much is delivery? Its FREE, Rent Right will not charge you a delivery or installation fee.

Are the rental periods flexible at Rent Right? Our rental periods are generally 12, 18, 24 or 36 months in length, depending on the products being rented. Rent Right's team members will work with you to arrange a rental term and payment scheme to suit your budget.

How are the repayments made to Rent Right? Weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments are made via direct debit from your nominated account.

Do l need to pay a bond or deposit to Rent Right? No. At Rent Right all we require is the first two weeks rent upfront. This can be paid prior to delivery or on the day your rental products are delivered.

What if l dont have a job? No problem, as long as you have an alternative source of income, we can usually help you. Contact us directly to discuss further. 

What is l have a Credit History problem? Depending on the problems, we can usually find a way to help.

What ID do l need when applying with Rent Right? Each applicant needs to pass the standard 100 point check before commencing a rental agreement with Rent Right.

What happens if the item breaks down? In the event that your rental item breaks down or is faulty, we will repair or replace it as required.

Can l end my rental agreement early? Yes, please call 1300 557 291 to find out more about our early termination policy or check our Terms and Conditions for more details. 

What happens at the end of my rental agreement? Once your rental period ceases and provided that all agreed payments are up to date you can make Rent Right an offer to buy the product/s. We are open to any offer you see fit to make, so at the end of the agreement dont be shy, you will be pleasantly surprised at what we will accept. If you choose not to make an offer to buy the product/s simply arrange with us a time to return them to Rent Right in good order.
